For the first 6 months of Annie’s life I only dressed her in baby grows because I wanted her to look like a little baby for as long as possible, but I’ve gone totally the other direction with Ezra. He only really wears his baby grows at night, and spends his days rocking out in trousers and tops like a dinky little grown-up! I really love dressing him up and finding cool clothes for him but have no idea why I’ve taken two totally opposing attitudes to dressing the kiddos.

Annie loves it when he wears anything with Star Wars characters on but my favourite is his t-shirt that says, ‘you are my sun shine’. I love the colours, the sentiment and the font, I’m going to be so sad when he finally outgrows it but I think I’ve already decided to frame it, so you can just see the quote, and put it on the wall in our room.

The red Hawaiian shirt is in honour of Jon who had a collection of ‘loud’ shirts when we first met, I’ve bought, and put aside, ‘interesting’ shirts for as Ez grows and it’ll be interesting to see if a predilection for loud shirts is genetic or not.
