** Your session fees includes:
~ A pre session email or telephone consultation
~ Emma's time and talent (up to four hours for newborn sessions),
~ An on location shoot at your home or an alternative location,
~ Post processing for all images,
~ A password protected, online viewing gallery, available for 10 days.
The session fee ONLY covers Emma's time and talent, no prints, discs or digital files are included (except the family session which comes with a 7x5 framed print).


** Full payment of the session fee is required to lock in your booking date and current prices.
** Payment by instalments may be possible at snowingindoors photography's discretion for the more expensive sessions, please contact me for more information.
** The session fee must be paid in full, at least 2 weeks before your session, a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email address you have provided. No sessions will go ahead without being fully paid.
** Prices will be valid until 30 days after your ordering session or delivery of your goods. After 30 days any reorders will be subject to the current pricing structure.
** Please note that a standard per-mile travel fee applies for shoots more than 30 miles outside of Cheltenham (GL51).
** I am also available for photo sessions in Somerset and offer reduced travel fees for these shots, please contact me for more information.
** For a 7 day extension to your online viewing gallery, please email em@snowingindoors.com and I will send you a PayPal invoice for £20, once this has been paid the extension will go live.
** Photo sessions are good for up to 5 people, there is a fee of £30 for each additional person, to be paid at the time of booking.
** Referral scheme print credits are only valid for 12 months after issue.
** Print credits may only be used against upcoming sessions, not against previous sessions.
